Here at Neutra-Safe®, we’re known for our industry-leading condensate neutralizers, but we offer so much more. If it’s been a while since you’ve reviewed our product line, take a few minutes to read this blog. In it, we highlight each of our products and provide some information on their specs and capabilities. Ready to start learning? Let’s dive in!
Clear tube condensate neutralizers. These bad boys are what started it all. Currently, we offer four different models, from 220,000 – 2 million British thermal units per hour (Btu/h). Unlike other tube-style condensate neutralizers on the market, our products are entirely see-through. That means you can regularly monitor the level of condensate media without having to open the unit itself. Each condensate neutralizer comes fully loaded with our proprietary media solution, a spare O-ring, and snap-on mounting brackets.
High-capacity tank/tray condensate neutralizers. Our tank and tray condensate neutralizers offer capacity guidelines of between 5 and 6 million Btu/h and are ideal for commercial applications. They utilize the same proprietary condensate media as our tube-style neutralizers and provide the perfect complement to large, high-efficiency gas-powered appliances. Each tank/tray condensate neutralizer is molded from polyethylene, an incredibly durable plastic. In addition, they feature a UV-protected lift-off cover and a five-inch diameter vented cap.
Neutralizing condensate pumps. Neutralizing condensate pumps are the unsung heroes of any condensate neutralizing system. These small but mighty tools pump acidic condensate out of a high-efficiency, gas-powered appliance, allowing for proper disposal. Here at Neutra-Safe, we carry two different models — the NSP 50 and the NSP 600.
The NSP 50 has a guideline capacity of 500,000 Btu/h of appliance input, while the NSP 600 has a guideline capacity of 6,000,000 Btu/h of appliance input. The NSP 50 supports any Little Giant VMCA pump while the NSP 600 supports a SHURFLO® 12VDC diaphragm pump. System feeder. System feeders help feed and maintain pressure in closed-loop hydronic or thermal solar systems that require up to 50 pound-force per square inch (PSI) for use with glycol or water. Once installed, they prevent the need for a pressure-reducing valve or back-flow meter, saving you the hassle of installation and maintenance. Even better? A system feeder can provide you with peace of mind. They can quickly alert you to system leaks and limit fluid loss in the event of a major leak or pipe burst due to freezing.
If you have a high-efficiency gas-powered appliance at your home or business, don’t wait to invest in a condensate neutralizer. To find a Neutra-Safe sales rep in your area, click here. Thanks for reading and know that we look forward to serving you!
