NSP-50 Pump

Neutra-Safe® NSP-50

Neutra-Safe® NSP-50 neutralizing condensate pump has a guideline capacity of 500,000 BTU/h of appliance input. Our Neutra-pH media is contained in a sack and placed within the serpentine neutralization chamber. The neutralization chamber has a clear easily removable cover for visual inspection and easy media replacement. Our patent pending base was designed and manufactured to hold the Little Giant VCMA-20ULS condensate pump that has been an industry standard for many years. The base contains the pump chamber, which is the same size as the standard VCMA20 pump and contains the neutralizing chamber. There’s a separate inlet for the acidic condensate. From the inlet, the condensate flows under the inlet gate thru the serpentine neutralization chamber which contains the media sack and over the outlet gate into the pump chamber. The original inlets in the VCMA pump are retained for use with non-condensing condensate such as A/C or dehumidification.

Neutra-Safe® NSP-600

The Neutra-Safe® NSP-600 neutralizing condensate pump has a guideline capacity of 6,000,000 BTU/h of appliance input. This unit consists of a 6-gallon roto-molded tank with a large 5” diameter screw on cap for easy installation of the Neutra-pH media and visual inspection. The pump is a SHURFLO® 12VDC diaphragm pump. This pump is capable of conservatively pumping 60 gph at 100 feet of head and has an internal check valve. The NSP-600 has a suction strainer to keep foreign material from damaging the pump. The float switch has a built-in shield to keep media away from the float. The heavy-duty UL listed power supply easily plugs into the electrical enclosure. Unit is equipped with a 1” NPT female inlet and a ½” NPT female outlet.
